Endurance Recap!
Viriginia M., Jackie, Kia, Brenda, Shivaly and Kay have spent the last 8 weeks focusing on the endurance program- and it paid off big time!
This endurance specialty program focused on improving every athlete’s 5k and 1 mile times, as well as improving accessory single leg strength and core work. Here’s the program results:

Accessory work:
- 8RM Bulgarian Split Squat increased by an average of 18# per athlete
- Sorensen test times improved by 49-119 seconds
