How long have you been coming to 626, and what brought you in? I’ve tried going to the gym but it was soooo boring. A friend mentioned I should try CrossFit and here I am!
What are your favorite skills/movements in CrossFit? Most challenging? Everything is hard in CF. The worst is running…and yeah, running. I hate it.
What is your athletic background? I don’t have an athletic background.
What goals have you set for yourself? Short and long term? My goal is continue this lifestyle.
What accomplishment(s) are you most proud of since joining 626? I’m most proud of losing 24 pounds in a little over 2 months.
What has been your favorite part of your 626 experience so far? Everyone at 626 is nice and supportive!
