I try to be an optimist on the 626 blog…but let’s face it, sometimes you’re dealt a big pile of shit. I recently found out I have a stress fracture in my foot. No, it’s not a long term debilitating injury or a life threatening disease… but still a bit of a debbie downer for someone who can’t sit still for any longer than 5 minutes. Can’t think of a reason why I got injured. No, I wasn’t overtraining. Yes, I’m eating well. Shit happens.
The golden question is, what are you going to do when that pile of shit is dumped on your doorstep?
