Paleo Breakfast Ideas: Besides the standard eggs, meat, and veggies there are plenty of other snazzy ideas for breakfast.
-2 cups fresh spinach
-4 stalks fresh kale
-1/2 cup fresh blueberries or blackberries
-1 tangerine or 1/2 large orange
-1/2 cup coconut milk
-2 peeled bananas
– 2 tablespoon ground flax seed
-Rinse all fruits and vegetables. Add kale, spinach and coconut milk to blender, blend thoroughly.
-Add remaining ingredients, blend.
Feel free to experiment with your favorite fruits-but remember, berries are preferred.
