Thursday: Split Squats / Handstand Hold; Lunges / Pull Ups / Slam Balls / Ring Dips; Upright Rows / Press / Sorenson Hold
Friday: Bent Over Rows / Bench Press; DB Rows / Push Ups; Row / Burpees
Saturday: Split Jerk; Toes to Bar / Push Ups / FLR / Deadlifts / Squats
