REST DAYS ARE IMPORTANT!
When was the last time you took a week off from training, or at least took a “light” week?
- Do you feel cranky?
- Are you repeatedly irritated?
- Find that you’re picking up more colds?
- Generally feeling a little “off” some days?
Take a rest day. Take a deload week. Find out how much better you can feel.
We get this idea that more training, more exercise, more dedication, more effort, more everything is better for us. But, the reality is that your body needs time to rest, time to recuperate, time to rebuild itself. Don’t be afraid to take a rest day. It does the body good!

Saturday: Push Press / Kroc Rows; Power Clean / Push Ups / Pull Ups
