Want to do better in training? Come in to class 10 minutes early and/or hang out after class and spend time stretching. Most of us get out of chairs from our desk jobs, to rush into our cars (to sit some more) and get to the gym to immediately throw around some weights. Love your body, and give it some TLC with mobilization.
