Foundations

Home Programs Foundations
Foundations is the building blocks to proper form, technique, and skills.  To set you up for success, we require all members to complete the foundations course before attending CrossFit group classes.

Designed for beginners, intermediate, and advanced individuals to familiarize you with the movements used in group class.  Foundations is a series of 5 one-hour sessions, and can accommodate 1-2 people. It is recommended that at least two sessions are scheduled each week to enforce motor skills and movement pattern.  Upon completion of the final Foundations session, you will be prepared to begin CrossFit classes.

If you have been a member of another affiliate for several months and feel you are experienced to bypass Foundations, please contact us to inquire further.

Get Started

Foundations is a prerequisite to starting Group Training.  Each 60-minute session will introduce skills at your own pace and allow us to work around any specific needs and to tailor exercises to each individual in a loose setting. The tail end of the session will bring together the instruction and execute them in a structured workout.
