Each class is run by 626’s professional coaching staff with a maximum of 12 participants per class. Workouts are different from day to day, and clients receive coaching every time they attend a class. Classes are scheduled for one full hour, and generally include a warm-up, skill work or strength work, and conditioning. Workouts are scaled (load, volume and intensity) and movements are modified to meet the needs of all our clients. All classes are taught in a group setting thus encouraging community, camaraderie, individual performance/progress and fun.

We’re so glad you’re interested in getting started at CrossFit 626 Gym, San Marino! To start working out with us, Foundations is a prerequisite to joining group classes. We want to familiarize you with basic movements to ensure sound technique.
If you have experience with Weightlifting and have at least 6 month’s experience, please contact us about membership. Visitors can pay for single class drop-ins ($30 per class) or inquire about a weekly visitor rate.
