Personal training is a great option for those who seek individualized attention, or have very specific goals or needs. These specific requests include fat loss, muscle gain, Olympic lifting, endurance training, strength training, any sport specific training, or one particular skill(s). Athletes may use personal training exclusively or in combination with regular group class.
You will work one-on-one with a trainer who will design a training program to progress you to reach your goals. Training sessions are scheduled between you and your trainer.
Each session is 30 minutes or 50 minutes and includes general nutritional guidance. Training frequency can be once, or multiple times per week, and scheduled based on your availability. The workouts are designed to help you reach your goals, make you stronger, faster, and healthier. Off-site training, and semi-private training is also available.
