Meet the newest Coach at 626: Baby Theo.
Coach Theo is still in his infancy of coaching, but you’ll often see him supervising the noon class and olift specialty program while Mom and Dad get their Saturday WOD on.

Our friend Cat will be hanging out at the box on Monday evening 6/30 giving free 10 minute massages first come first serve from 4:30-8pm. (Signup sheet at the box).
Who is Cat? An amazing massage therapist specializing in mashing out your muscles!
Providing a mesh of modalities including Myotherapy, deep-tissue and Swedish massage, Myofascial Release Therapy, Rolfing, Lymph Drainage Therapy, and pregnancy massage, Cat personalizes each session to your individual needs/injuries, and mobility issues. And oh yeah, she has a background in CrossFit, so when you throw out terms like C&J, MU, etc, when describing your tightness she’s knows exactly what you’re talking about.
You won’t want to miss 10 minutes with Cat on Monday. Trust me, after a session with her, my shoulders have never felt better in my life- talk about regained mobility!
