Former 626 member Alan Ashley now has his own fitness company Push Pull Cardio and he’ll be holding TRX classes upstairs in the loft starting November 1st!
What is TRX? Think of it as a bodyweight workout utilizing serious core stability via soft gymnastics rings.
What does this mean for you? The TRX classes are not a part of your CrossFit 626 membership; however, TRX class drop-ins are $10/class for all active 626 members (normally $20). And oh yeah, and your first TRX class is free.
TRX class schedule (all classes are held upstairs):
Mondays and Fridays: 5:30pm and 7:30pm
Wednesdays: 5pm and 7:30pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 8am
WOD: FS ; Burpees / Box Jumps
