Here’s a recap of the adult class schedule times starting 12/5/11:
-Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 6am, 6:30pm
-Tuesdays, Thursdays: 6:30pm, 7:30pm
-Saturdays: 8am (free community wod), 9:30am class, 10:30am open gym

What is the “Foundations Course”?
This is month-long course designed to teach and familiarize you with the movements used in the group class, introduce you to workouts of increasing intensity and difficulty, and get you to the point where you are ready to join the group classes.
The Group Foundations Course consists of 8 training sessions over 4 weeks and we limit our class size to optimize coaching and instruction.
December Group Foundations Courses:
-Our first foundations course will begin 12/12/11 with 8 class sessions held on Mondays & Wednesday at 7:30pm.
-Our next foundations course will begin 12/27/11 with 8 class sessions held on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6am.
*We also offer a private foundations program as a series of 4 personal training sessions. This is great option for individuals who would like more personal attention or whose schedules do not work with the current group Foundations Course time offerings.
Rates: The group foundations course is the same rate as regular membership. We are extending our special “garage” membership rate for all new members joining in the month of December. For all new members starting in January or later, the membership rate will be our regular rate.
