It’s the last day of August and you know what that means…the last day to knock out those August goals AND start thinking about what you want to accomplish in September.
I’m so proud of our 626 crew for the goals accomplished this month including: mastering double-under, kipping pullups, unbroken Rx’d kettlebell swings, muscle-ups, handstand walks, and kipping toes to bar. These are just a handful of the individual goals we’ve smashed in less than 30 days!

REMINDER: Monday 9/5/11 will be a special holiday schedule for Labor Day. Class will be at 9am (NO evening classes).
